A succulent burger, far superior to any purchased in a shop
500g steak mince
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 Onion, finley chopped
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp of Dijon Mustard
1 tsp of chopped chives
Dash of Worcester Sauce
salt and fresh ground black pepper
Mix all the ingredients together. Mix very well and form into burgers, around 1cm thick and 7cm in diameter and chill for around 30 mins.
Brush burgers with olive oil and cook over a moderate heat, turning occasionally.
