A sweet & spicey burger that tastes great.
400g pork mince
1 onion , grated
2 garlic cloves , crushed
2 tbsp sweet chilli dipping sauce
a small handful coriander , chopped
3 tbsp fresh breadcrumbs
1 egg yolk , beaten
4 ciabatta rolls, halved and lightly toasted
2 tomatoes , sliced
1 small bunch red onion , sliced
Mix together the pork, onion, garlic, sweet chilli sauce, coriander, breadcrumbs and egg yolk in a bowl with your hands. Season and form into 4 burgers.
Fry the burgers in 1 tbsp oil for 5-6 minutes each side over a medium heat, or until cooked through. Arrange each burger on a ciabatta base, top with sliced tomatoes, red onion and a little more sweet chilli sauce to serve
