The perfect accompaniment to a Sunday roast 🙂
225 g plain flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs, beaten
4 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking
Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl.
Add the eggs and half the milk and beat until smooth, then mix in the remaining milk and chill for at least 30 mins.
Pour 1 tbsp of oil into a yorkshire pudding tray and put into the oven until very hot. Pour in the mixture and bake for 15-20 mins. Don’t open oven door in this time or the puddings may collapse.
